Head On Photo is Australia’s largest photo festival. For this year’s event, artists from around the world are invited to submit their work in the categories of ‘Portrait’ and ‘Landscape’. The selected winners are awarded cash prizes from a pool of 70,000 AUD. In addition, all shortlisted works will be exhibited as part of the festival programme.

The Head On Photo Festival views itself as a bridge between Australian and international markets. So far, the festival has toured in America, China, India, Europe and New Zealand, introducing exceptional Australian photographers to international audiences.
