Felix Schoeller Photo Award 2017

January 1, 2017

Submissions for the Felix Schoeller Photo Award 2017 are open from 1 January to 31 May 2017.
The international Felix Schoeller Photo Award is about to take place for the third time: From 1 January to 31 May 2017, professional and trainee photographers are invited to upload their submissions. The bi-annual award is open to participants from around the world, and honours work which demonstrates a love for photography as well as meeting the highest quality standards.

An independent, five-member jury chaired by internationally renowned portrait photographer Michael Dannenmann will select the winners in the following categories: Portrait; Landscape/Nature; Architecture/Industry; Photojournalism/Editorial; and Free/Conceptual Photography. The overall winner is subsequently chosen from the list of category winners.

Each category winner is set to receive a monetary prize of 2,000 euros, with an additional 10,000 euros for the overall winner. The Up-and-Coming Talent Award is endowed with 5,000 euros. Following the awards ceremony, all winning and shortlisted works will be exhibited at the Museum of Cultural History in Osnabrück for several weeks.
