The Open Call is aimed at all European photographers, including those at the very beginning of their careers. There is no stipulated topic; submissions close on September 13, 2020. Around twenty applicants will be chosen to take part in the next edition of Circulation(s), which is scheduled to take place from March 6 to May 2, 2021.
Established in 2011, the festival is dedicated to promoting new talents in European photography. Over the past ten years, it has evolved into a leading annual event and an important springboard for emerging photographers.
