PhotoWerkBerlin is organising its art project in public places for the third time, projecting images of street-life from around the world. Every night the pavements on Kurfürstendamm in Berlin will be transformed into screens for the various works.
The photographs are chosen by an international jury as part of a competition, and reveal the diversity and richness of street-life around the world. At the same time they focus the attention on the local setting.
The location for the projections is at the heart of one of Berlin’s liveliest and most exciting streets. The nightly stream of images projected on the ground invites passers-by to linger and to marvel.
Location: Joachimsthaler Platz / corner Kurfürstendamm, 10719 Berlin
Duration of the presentation: September 28 to November 25, 2018
Registration up until August 20, 2018, at: PhotoWerkBerlin
