On October 23, 2016, the first Reflex Photo Walk will take place in Athens. The initiative is being launched by the Greek photographer collective, Reflex, which was founded by George Tatakis, Michael Pappas and Antonis Chrysakis. In addition to exhibitions and workshops, the photographers want to organise entertaining events at their venue, such as lectures and presentations.
Those interested in joining the hunt for good pictures on October 23 can do so for free. During that day, the photographers will explore the city, alone or in small groups. At the end of the day, each participant can submit his or her three favourite images. During a second meeting, these images will be discussed in a mini portfolio review by the photographers of the Reflex collective. In addition, an exhibition of the best photos is being planned.
