Amsterdam’s first Leica Store opened its doors on 2 November 2017. Situated near the busy PC Hooftstraat shopping street and the city’s famous museum quarter, the store is owned by Leica’s long-time distribution partners, Transcontinenta BV.

The new Leica Store carries the full line of current Leica products, from cameras and lenses to a comprehensive selection of sports optics, camera accessories and Leica brand merchandise.

In addition to the retail space, the Store also includes an in-house gallery equipped with modern digital screens, whose rotating showcase of images and videos allows for a vivid insight into the many facets of contemporary Leica photography, as well as its more than 100-year history. Furthermore, a range of events and workshops held on the premises are the perfect opportunity for photography enthusiasts to enhance their skills.
