From 1970-80s, Hong Kong is being a huge economic grow, and many major infrastructure project started, it is the golden period of stencil in Hong Kong, by master Wu said “Even some foreign country come to ask for stencil metal plate”. But due to computer technology raise, this kind of industry is going wane.
