Naji, 58, was hit by an IED while a soldier in the Lebanese army during the civil war. His legs, back and jaw bones are broken several times, several shrapnel fragments are stuck in his head. He can hardly walk, let alone work. With the 30 USD he receives (or not) from the Lebanese army per month, he can barely survive.
