Berlin’s Camera Work Gallery is pleased to present ‘Hollywood Royale: Out of the School of Los Angeles’ with photographs by Matthew Rolston. The exhibition is open from 21 October to 2 December 2017.
The exhibition Hollywood Royale: Out of the School of Los Angeles will be on display at the Camera Work Gallery in Berlin from 21 October 2017, continuing until 2 December.

Matthew Rolston is one of only a handful of photographers to have followed up their involvement in Andy Warhol’s famed Interview magazine with an independently successful career. Along with photography icons Herb Ritts and Greg Gorman, Rolston was one of the most influential photographers of the 1980s magazine scene.

In addition to pop culture artists, he has also worked with stars such as Sylvester Stallone, Mikhail Baryshnikov, Don Johnson, Robert Downey, Jr., Farrah Fawcett, Jodie Foster, Drew Barrymore and Isabella Rossellini – as well as writers and directors such as Steven Spielberg, Joan Didion and Robert Towne.
